Eligibility and Accounts

By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use the service and that all information provided is accurate.

Credit Pricing

Our service uses a simple credit-based pricing model:

  • 100 credits = $1
  • 2K generation: 100 credits per project
  • 4K generation: 200 credits per project

Each project includes 5 generations (1 initial + 4 free re-generations) to help you achieve the best result.

Free Credits

New users may receive free credits for evaluation purposes.

Free credits:

  • Have no monetary value
  • Are non-transferable
  • May be modified or discontinued at any time

Paid Credits and Service Completion

  • Credits are purchased via Stripe and added to your account balance
  • Credits are deducted when you start a new fabric swap project
  • Each project includes 5 generations (initial + 4 free re-generations)
  • Once processing starts, credits are considered used
  • Delivery of generated output constitutes completion of the service
  • Purchased credits never expire

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated images are visual simulations, not guarantees.

Generated outputs may differ from real-world materials in color, texture, scale, or appearance and should not be treated as exact representations for manufacturing or purchasing decisions without further validation.

No Guaranteed Results

Due to the creative and subjective nature of AI-generated visuals, results may vary. We do not guarantee subjective satisfaction, aesthetic preference, or commercial suitability.

Prohibited Use

Users may not:

  • Upload content they do not own or have rights to use
  • Use the platform for illegal, misleading, or infringing purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or misuse the platform

Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of their original uploaded images
  • Upon full payment, users own the generated output
  • By uploading content or generating outputs, users grant the company a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content and outputs for operating, maintaining, and improving the platform and its AI models
  • We retain all rights to the platform, AI models, workflows, and underlying technology

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business losses or decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refunds for Completed AI Services

Due to the computational and creative nature of AI-generated services:

  • No refunds are provided for processed or downloaded images
  • Credit usage is final once processing begins
  • Disliking the result, aesthetic preference, or subjective dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund

Technical Failure Exception

In rare cases of technical failure or service malfunction, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a re-run or service credit.

Cancellation

Users may stop using the service at any time. Unused credits are refundable.
